JBC uses only products that they would use on their own properties such as painted flashing instead of shiny galvanized steel, high quality proven shingle products and the newest in waterproofing technologies such as Feltex underlayment.

They prefer to hand nail shingles instead of pneumatic gun nailing to eliminate faulty installation issues such as over driven or under driven nails. They share options with their clients so they can choose materials and systems such as venting that will improve the performance of their home or commercial property.
